interesting dialect:—
Airic Caide = Stone mason. This is the
Airc Coda of Dr. O'Hogan.
Airic Fiathbuidhe = carpenter.
Ailp Tiarpach = Cork city from Ailp town.
Rodamiomán = Road, O.I. Ród.
Caistriomán = Key, from Cas, to turn.
Cíne na Mearúlán = School.
Cinide = sheep.
Dobair = water, O.I. Dur, vide
River Douro.
Eis Barbudh = A young woman to be married.
Deid = Teeth. This is frequently used in poetry.
Dúile = Mouth.
Lúiséad = Bag.
Caibhde = Horse.
Gall Trínseach = A gentleman.
